Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy! We will gladly provide a refund (less Rs. 150 shipping) for unused products returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note teethers cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.

In order to process a return:

1. Send an email or whatsapp (+91 8850350564) to hello@smoopy.in with your order number # and the item(s) you want to return

2. You will hear back from Smoopy with a Return Authorization Number (RA #)

3. Repack the merchandise and enclose the completed Return Form

4. Attach the completed Return Address Label to your package and our courier will pick it up within 3 to 5 days. Smoopy will process a credit/refund for your mat(s) as soon as the returned item is received.

5. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your source account within 2–5 business days
